CA Final Exam Eligibility, Registration, and Fees (2025 Guide)

The CA Final Course is the final step in becoming a Chartered Accountant. The syllabus of CA Final covers advanced topics such as auditing, international taxation, and financial reporting equipping students with advanced knowledge and expertise in critical areas. The Final course is comprised of six core subjects, divided into two groups of three papers each.
This course is designed to prepare individuals for the complexities of professional practice and empower them to tackle future challenges with confidence and expertise.
The course also emphasizes the development of soft skills, such as communication, leadership, and teamwork.
Eligibility Criteria CA Final Course
To be eligible for the CA Final Course 2025, students must meet the following criteria:
- Have completed the CA Intermediate Course
- After that, complete the two years of articleship training
- Complete the Self-Paced Module (SPOM), Advanced ITT and MCS course
- Register for the CA Final Course 2025 through the ICAI website (Only after a further 6 months of completing the articleship period a student can attend the CA Final exams)
How do I register for the CA Final Course 2025?
- The registration process for the CA Final Course is an online process
- Login to the Self-Service Portal (SSP)
- Select CA Final Registration
- The CA Final registration form will appear on-screen, with your basic details automatically populated.
- Review and edit your details as necessary.
- Upload the required documents in the specified format and size.
- Pay the registration fees online through net banking, credit card, or debit card.
- Once the payment is successful, print and save the CA Final Registration form for future reference.

- The registration fees for the CA Final Course vary depending on the student's location.
- For Indian Students: ₹. 22,000
- For Foreign Students: US$ 1100
Candidates/Students from newly formed Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and 8 North-East States, namely, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura may note that with effect from 20th September, 2019, ICAI has waived off 75% fee for the students registering from these Union Territories and States for all levels of CA Course i.e. Foundation, Intermediate and Final.
Wards of deceased members have been given a 75% concession in the Registration Course Fee for the Final level (applicable from April 1, 2022)
Therefore, a fee of ₹ 5,500/- needs to be paid by the above categories of students while registering for the CA Final course.
