CA Final Registration 2025

The CA Final Registration for May 2025 is open year-round, but students must complete their registration before the deadline. The last date to register for the May 2025 attempt is January 1, 2025.

Registering must be completed online through the ICAI’s Self-Service Portal (SSP). 

Once registered, candidates will receive their study materials via ICAI’s Centralized Dispatch System (CDS).

Eligibility Criteria for the CA Final Registration 2025

Before registering, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. CA Intermediate Clearance: Candidates must have cleared both groups of the CA Intermediate or CA IPCC examination.
2. Articleship Completion: Candidates must have completed their articleship training

Candidates can appear 6 months after completion of their practical training

How to register for CA Final

Follow these steps to register for the CA Final course online:

1. Visit the ICAI Website: Go to the official ICAI website 
2. Click on “e-services” menu bar and select the option of student services from the drop down menu.
3. Perform initial registration using mobile number and email id and get the login credentials.
4. Log in to the SSP Portal using your credentials.
5. Select ‘Student Cycle’: Choose the CA Final course under the student cycle section.
6. Complete the Registration Form: Verify your details, upload the required documents, and select preferences for elective papers and examination centers
7. Pay the Fees: Pay the registration fee for both groups through debit/credit card or net banking.
8. Confirm and Download: After successful payment, download the confirmation PDF, which includes your registration number and course details.

Documents Required for CA Final Registration 2025

Candidates must keep the scanned copies of following documents ready before filling the CA Final application form:

• Recent passport size and colored photograph of the candidate
• Duly attested marksheet of CA IPCC/ CA Intermediate
• Proof of nationality (in case of foreign students)
• Attested proof of special category certificate ( for SC/ ST/ differently abled candidates)
• Duly attested marksheet of CA Foundation/ CPT (if the candidate is not applying through the direct route)

Validity of CA Final Registration

The registration for Final Course will be valid for a period of 5 years from the date of initial registration. A student whose registration gets lapsed will be eligible for re registration. Such students will be required to re-register himself/herself by paying a nominal revalidation fee of Rs.500/-. Such re-registration will again be valid for a period of 5 years or for the period so long the student continues to appear in the examination regularly whichever is later. 

There is no time limit for revalidation. The scheme of education in force at the time of revalidation shall be applicable to such students. 

Exemption(s) for group passed earlier or valid paper-wise exemption(s) would be governed by applicable Regulations at the relevant time. The process of re-registration / revalidation shall continue in the same manner till further amendments 

Revalidation can be done at any time before the due date of filling of examination forms.
