How do I register for the CA Final Course?

The registration process for the CA Final Course is an online process

Visit the ICAI Website: Go to the official ICAI website
Click on the “e-services” menu bar and select the student services option from the drop-down menu.

Log in to the SSP Portal using your credentials.

Select ‘Student Cycle’: Choose the CA Final course under the student cycle section.

Complete the Registration Form: Verify your details, upload the required documents, and select preferences for elective papers and examination centers. The documents must be uploaded in JPG format; the maximum file size is 100 KB.

Pay the Fees: Pay the registration fee for both groups through debit/credit card or net banking.

Confirm and Download: After successful payment, download the confirmation PDF, which includes your registration number and course details.

Documents Required:

Candidates must keep the scanned copies of the following documents ready before filling out the CA Final application form:

Recent passport size and coloured photograph of the candidate
Duly attested mark sheet of CA IPCC/ CA Intermediate
Proof of nationality (in the case of foreign students)
Attested proof of special category certificate ( for SC/ ST/ differently abled candidates)
Duly attested mark sheet of CA Foundation/ CPT (if the candidate is not applying through the direct route)

Validity of CA Final Registration

Registration for the final Course is valid for 10 years from the date of initial registration. If a candidate does not clear the CA Final exams within this period, they must revalidate their registration by paying a revalidation fee of Rs. 500/—to continue appearing for the exams.

There is no time limit for revalidation. The scheme of education in force at the time of revalidation shall apply to such students.

Exemption(s) for groups passed earlier or valid paper-wise exemption(s) would be governed by applicable Regulations at the relevant time. The process of re-registration / revalidation shall continue in the same manner till further amendments

Revalidation can be done at any time before the due date of filling out examination forms.

CA Final Course Registration Form Fees

The registration fees for the CA Final Course vary depending on the student's location.

For Indian Students ₹. 22,000

For Foreign Students US$ 1100

Candidates/Students from newly formed Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and 8 North-East States, namely, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura may note that with effect from 20th September 2019, ICAI has waived off 75% fee for the students registering from these Union Territories and States for all levels of CA Course i.e. Foundation, Intermediate and Final.

Therefore, a fee of ₹ 5,500/- needs to be paid by the above categories of students while registering for the CA Final course.

CA Final Exam Fees

The CA Final exam form fee is ₹1,800 for one group and ₹3,300 for both groups. Overseas students pay $ 325 for one group and $550 for both groups.

If you wish to appear for the May 2025 CA Final exams, timely registration is important.

CA Final Registration The Last Date to appear for the May 2025 exam is January 1, 2025, and the exam form shall be made available in February 2025.
